             In the world, lot's of people feel alone and sad .

DEFINATION OF LONELINESS :

                loneliness is state of being alone and feeling no one with you .You can feel lonely even when you are in crowd of people. It is possible to feel lonely if you can't communicate with anyone.

REASON BEHIND THE LONELINESS  :

                There can be many reasons behind the loneliness of people. But loneliness is not a reason to be sad, but it can increase the feelings of sadness. So, if you feel lonely, think why you are feeling lonely. It is also important to remember that loneliness can't be overcome by trying to do something that will make you happy. If you want to feel happy, then try to find something to make yourself happy and keep doing it. However, loneliness can only be controlled by a combination of self-awareness and self care.

Take an interest in new activities that you like.

Take part some creative activities and stuff.

Here are few examples of physical self care :

Getting enough sleep (6-9 hours) is key to living healthier life with lots of benefits(living longer, full of energy etc...). So, set the time for you to go to sleep and wake up.

Exercise should be done like running, jumping, weight lifting etc...

Playing the game so, your physical health is maintained.

In the morning once you wake up, do yoga and it's good for health.

Avoiding dairy products, fast food and other unhealthy foods.

Drinking fresh juices and may be drink more water.

You can also try writing your feelings and speaking to your close friend or family member.

Spirituality is the best way to take self care of yourself that you can do alone,

Nature should be enjoyed as nature is the great quiet and spiritual place created by god for humans.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for your home and work place.

If you don’t like the environment around you, write and analyze what you do on a daily basis. What can you change? ( example : when you eat – how much you eat – when you sleep – how much time you sleep etc. )

Self - awareness is the ability to understand your own body and emotions. You can use self analysis to explore yourself.


Effects of self-awareness on loneliness :

Humans are social creatures who needs everyone support and depend on each other, so they makes connection between each other. But loneliness is the feeling of not being connected to others or society.

Self-awareness is necessary to develop yourself for better life.

Self-awareness is the key to avoiding loneliness.

Here we see that with the combination of self care and self-awareness we can overcome loneliness. Self care is part of self-awareness, both are the key factor in overcoming loneliness. Lastly, if you feel lonely, you can sit down and talk to a family member or close friend. Whenever you feel like you are alone and no one is with you, remember those who are always ready to help you.
